SNAP 1 identified three action areas as being key towards realising human rights across Scotland. These were:

  1. Better Culture
  2. Better Lives
  3. Better World

From 2013 to 2017, over 40 individuals and organisations achieved more than 50 actions under SNAP 1. You can read more about these achievements in the SNAP 1 reports and case studies.

An independent evaluation of SNAP 1, carried out by Dr Jo Ferrie of the University of Glasgow, is also an important element of the work to develop SNAP 2.
